Still in the process of setting up their online presence, the staff at Cafe Retro – a nonprofit social enterprise based in Copenhagen – were interested in external guidelines for their online marketing strategy and in particular their main website.
Having conducted a general examination of the cafe’s various online channels with a focus on the website and its role in the broader communications ecosystem, I was able to present the staff with both concrete pointers regarding revision of, for example, existing website copy and general guidelines for the construction of the website and its role in the inbound strategy as such.
